I think I'll try another valve, last try I say. Must find a place closer than Japan to order because of the 20us shipping (for a 15$ valve)!
For the can test, I'm killing energy drink cans everydays. But I find it very weird to be placed at 1-2 inchs? I'm firing at 5 meters distance and easily passe the side can test (one side only and the bb goes inside). Samething for my Tm M3 Marui (but maybe a bit weaker). I'm guessing pretty well to passe trough the can entirely at a close distance as 1-2 inchs. Note that I'm heating the mag (with gas) with an air dryer to make the propane expand for more psi. Anyway, will try tomorow with a Coke can (maybe different thikness) Last edited by Simon1234; June 9th, 2007 at 20:12.. |

Coke can test done, both side easy within 1-2 inch. But not chance for the bottom, what is normal ^^

My TM Glock 17, out of the box, punched into the can side and made a big bump on the other. That's about 290-310 fps. When I shot at the can bottom it made a deep dent but didn't penetrate. Same for the top. That was before I put in a Firefly rocket valve. I've not used it on a can yet but pellets punch through heavy cardboard at about 30 feet. I've got a high-flow valve coming from 007. I'd love to blast away in the back yard but can"t.

Nice, I have take another chance, just ordered a KM high flow valve for Marui/KSC, it is one of those that WGC told me "could" fit. Last try, cost minute. I also ordered Ã* 190% hammer spring for Marui m92f. Should be more compatible I guess ^^ If I had a dremel thing would be easier, anyway.
I find that heating the mag help a lot for the first shots but after it cool down to normal. I would like to try a mix of green/red but no canadian retailers sell red and not much people seem to really know what there is in it. I also find funny the red gas of airsplat with a big "green gas" on it... |
