Its called Mil Force USP-04 aka SEAL TEAM PROTECTION VEST. It was the first vest i ever owned when i started playing airsoft at XT. I tought it would be excellent for my MVD look.
 Plate carrier with foam padding and Elephant pouch on the back

all of canada needs more russians. out here on vancouver island we only have 2 including me with russian weapons and gear in a sea of cadpat, marpat and various types of uber railed m4s
