Another question guys;
Could I run a Classic Army M16 with a 9.6v battery?

Heck, that would be crazy. No need for that anyway ah! ah!
I could run it on a 12v battery because CA are able to handle that much power, or because any gun can do it until it break?

Any gun can run on a 12v. Whether it will break on the 3rd shot or run forever is another matter.

I personally prefer CA since it doesnt have to or doesnt use many plastic parts as opposed to TM guns

Friend of mine owns a CA M16 VN and has fielded it for many games with mostly stock internals (except hopup and inner barrel). Seems to be performing very reliably for him, but i think the way the handguards are a joke. It's like the designers had never seen real steel M16 handguards before! That and the receiver seems too lightly coloured for my tastes, not sure if that's realistic or not.

I would recommend above all a G&P M-16A1. It is your best bet if you want a truly accurate representation of the gun, plus the fact it is a very solid full metal unit and will accept a real steel handguard, which makes a big difference in realism.
Everyone i've known who has used a CA M16 has liked it, and it is indeed a nice choice for its metal construction save for a few historical inaccuracies (like the thick barrel, although i think newer versions no longer have this). I have never seen any evidence to the contrary of it being 100% TM compatible. The Marui is a reliable and trustworthy option as well, as i've personally had a marui M16VN for years and have had few issues. Really what it boils down to is how much you want to spend.
