Electrolyte Powders or Tabs?
Anyone ever use this product? Saw it at GNC today. Looks like a good electrolyte booster.

You should consider nuun. They're electrolyte tabs with no carbs. so no energy, just hydration. And they come in a handy little tube. They function like alka seltzer tables so no complicated mixing either.

I have had the lemon-lime ZYM ones they are good but they cost a lot to ship. These local ones at GNC are a good price and no shipping, just never tried them.
Love: They are great during long OP's or any time you are doing sports or activities for a long time..so yeah id call it gear. It was in General 1st..must have been moved. ZYM- http://www.gozym.com/

Perso, I prefer gatoraid or poweraid. I also have it in powder for my camelback. Taste is good and price is OK. Saved my life once when I could not hold regular water after a sever heat stroke on the field. I never go on the field without that stuff anymore.
