Electrolyte Powders or Tabs?
Anyone ever use this product? Saw it at GNC today. Looks like a good electrolyte booster.

I fail to see how this is gear related. Lol.
Does that stuff taste good? |
You should consider nuun. They're electrolyte tabs with no carbs. so no energy, just hydration. And they come in a handy little tube. They function like alka seltzer tables so no complicated mixing either.

I have had the lemon-lime ZYM ones they are good but they cost a lot to ship. These local ones at GNC are a good price and no shipping, just never tried them.

Perso, I prefer gatoraid or poweraid. I also have it in powder for my camelback. Taste is good and price is OK. Saved my life once when I could not hold regular water after a sever heat stroke on the field. I never go on the field without that stuff anymore. |
The sugar content is super high is it not? Being diabetic i am looking for a no or low sugar option.
|
Oh, then yeah, it has sugar.
