Selecting Mag and Misc Pouches for vest

So I just bought a new Condor Tan/ Coyote (I think) vest
I was curious about how many pouches I may need, I currently have 9 Mags 1 being a M16 Mag and in general how the whole system worked.

I also have one AI Grenade and a Pistol on the way; I'd like to have the pistol holstered to the back if it’s possible. Don’t really have a need for a hydration pack as of yet

I wouldn’t mind having a rubber knife sheath attached to it as well

Hopefully this is somewhat clear; I’m fairly new to the whole Molle System as before I wore a LBV (Swat)

I'd like to try ordering from OST (One Shot Tactical) or any other places you guys have had success at, but this store looks really awesome.

Any help / insight is greatly appreciated
