Suitable sling for Scar

I am planning to get a sling for my Scar. Does anyone here who owns a Scar have slings for it? What type would you suggest? From "light reading", I see that 1-point slings are best paired with sling swivels that goes from one side of the gun to the other. I don't see that kinda sling swivel on the Scar.

Thanks.

There are sling points on the front and back of the upper receiver on both sides as well as a sling attachment point on the top side of the butt stock

you can run what you like.. single , 2 point , or 3 point

I prefer single point slings myself..

Do you know of a good brand to get? And what would be a good length for the Scar?

Thanks!

1/2/3 point or length is purely a personal preference. Personally I like 1 point sling as I can easily switch the gun to either side. I also like 2 point for carrying/transporting purposes. Thus, I use the MS2.

Lol Strike you're everywhere! And I was looking at the MS2 on ehobby too! Anyone else here tried the MS2? I'm really considering that one right now.

MS2 FTW
Sling attachments:
1 at the front of the receiver
2 at the back of the upper receiver (on the left side)
1 at the back of the upper receiver (on the right side)
1 loop on the stock

I have a Scar and I find that a single point sling works the best. However, if you are planning to get a sling, I suggest that you get one from the real manufacturer. From my personal experience, I've had an airsoft made sling break on me and poor gun almost crashed to the floor. So if you do decide to get a MS2 sling make sure you get it from Magpul.

1 point is good for playing bullet hose on the five yard line but otherwise 2 point adjustable is it.

This is a Vickers sling from One Shot Tactical, right here on this site.

The MS2 can also be adjusted into a two point sling in 2 secs.
The only thing that I don't like about attaching a sling to a folding stock is that I like to fire my gun folded in more tight situations and it feels kind of weird.

Hmm..both the RS MS2 and the Vickers sling are a bit over my price range for slings. I think I'll just go with the AS MS2...can't be that bad can it?

I'm pretty sure a bunch of people use the AS MS2, so it must be decent.

IMO Magpul PTS is good enough. Just don't get China ones, that's basically clone of a clone.

MS2 is a wicked sling. Check it out. ASAP plate first and then the actual sling about 1 min in.

MS2

Is a good sling.. I run one on my M4 .... and have been running it on my mp5 and mp7 as well

the quick 1 point to 2 adjustment is well designed
