BBs deviates when shooting my VSR-10 : cause?

I own a new TM VSR-10 and I upgraded a bunch of parts (all laylax) : all the sears, piston, teflon cylinder, cylinder head, sound damper, spring to bring it up to 415-435, ...

I have tested with 2 different inner barrels and hop-up units. I tested with madbull 0.36.

1. stock hop-up unit, upgraded hop-up rubber, Km inner barrel 6.04
2. Laylax hop-up unit (the gold one) with the proper inner barrel that fits with it (6.03)

In both cases the BB flies up to the right after a while, whatever the hop up setting.

I am trying to narrow down the cause but can't seem to really find it since with 2 different hop-up units and barrel it does the same thing.

One thing to note : I lost the original hop-up nubbin (the little thing that pushes on the hop-up rubber) and replaced it with a piece of plastic cut from a "Bic-style" pen. Could that be the problem (so it's much more rigid) or can it be something else?

Do you still have the problem?

If so...

I had the exactly same problem, even after I upgraded virtually every part in the gun.

Until I replaced my barrel with a PDI 6.01 554mm and started using .30g high quality bb's.
After that; no problem with bb flight.

What I would do...
1. Check to see if your barrels are bent in any way, by placing them on a flat surface. (my previous barrel was bent, after upgrading to a new barrel, I no longer had the bb deviation)
2. What bb's are you using? I used to use .25g madbull bio bb's and theyn were horrible, I switched to bioval after upgrading my barrel and I no longer have the bb deviation.

Hope this helps.

Madbull makes horrible BB's, like comparable to firepower or metaltechs
You need a softer bucking, what kind of hop rubber are you using, and how often do you clean the barrel?
