It does look like an improvement in the first pic but versus a control of tan I speculate that the tan would be better.

Oddly enough, Kazakhstan already adopted and improved the UCP camo for their army. Looks more effective than the US efforts.

Much better... or should I say much less worse?
Anyway, that's an improvement but I still say meh to UCP, be it vanilla or UCP-D variation.

Everyone in the service uses PMAG's. Well I don't want to say everyone but a significant number of them use it. I've even seen some CTR stocks.
