Same gun?

Can anyone tell me the diff between an A&K DPMS M4 r.I.s and a V4 s system? Besides the manufacturer, they look identical.

Is it possible that you are looking at an incorrect image?
The front ends of an DPMS M4 RIS looks nothing like an S System set up.

Google up some pics of an M4 RIS and an M4 S system, you will see what I mean.

To me they look exactly the same and probably are.

The VA custom line is made by JG however the DPMS I'm not so sure. Probably JG as DPMS rebrands from everywhere.

That being said you'll get awesome service from one of the retailers here rather than some other "drive by night" store because the owners usually want to "save face" so customer service is more of an issue than some place that sells to you and after they ship out (or even after you've given them money) will just run, or send you a shoddy/broken/wrong product.

EDIT: I guess I was looking at the wrong pic however doing a search for DPMS M4 RIS does give you a picture of a gun very similar to the S-System so I don't know if they mislabelled/mis marketed their gun or what.

They look very similar to me, but one is significantly cheaper.

That's S.I.R. not RIS.

Completely different. You need to be more clear when you ask questions.

The AEG listed at section 8 is also an S System, you stated it was an RIS.
