Boxes

Not sure where to put this. (Mods feel free to move)

I have a whole bunch of boxes from all the accessories and guns I received that I'm going to throw into the recycling bin. Anyone who wants them pm me and they are yours. I know folks always need boxes to ship out items. Local pickup prefered but if you really want to pay shipping I'll send them to you.

Thanks

I have way too many to keep. i have no room for all of them. Plus I work in a store I can get all the boxes I could ever need free.

Keep any authentic-to-gear packaging, especially a gunbox. If you ever sell your gun and sell it with the originally packaging, you get a few extra bucks.

That has never been a factor to consider for me. I'm more concerned with the condition of the gun than the box it comes in. These aren't rare vintage collectors items that have never been used, they're airsoft toys.

I too does not understand nor care about airsofts gun boxes... whatever is use for shipping, what is important is the guns, not boxes... you don't play with them (except if you are 5 year old like in the video)

Okay that's too much cardboard boxes.

I'm usually picky about what I get. I like having original boxes, packaging, etc. I still have all the original packing from all my upgrade parts. Hell, I still have the original plastic packaging that my molle dropleg platforms and dual-pouches came in, same with my vest and hat. The only thing I don't keep is that bubble-wrap stuff that you get your airsoftparts.ca orders in, heh. That and maybe my idea of "a few bucks" may differ from what some people were thinking. My idea of "of a few bucks" is just that, like 3-5 dollars. I'm no way in hell paying $30 for an original box.

Eh, not entirely true. I like putting everything way in a very organized fashion, so I keep all packaging. Mind I can probably do well without the plastic bag packaging some shit came in. I like to keep things organized, but rarely throw shit out.

Actually that could be a collector, which is different. Shouldn't insult collectors.

A chairsofters is, for example, someone who owns expensive guns with tons of accessories and keeps talking about airsoft like he's experienced, but never actually shows up to games.

Collectors don't pretend to be players: chairsofters do.

chairsofters are armchair commandos/basement commandos, the kind that buy not just guns, but actual gear as well, I think that's the difference between a chairsofter and a collector

Im more of a "keep only what i need for a loadout" kinda guy, I have one rifle and one pistol at any point in time. Funny though as I've recently found myself with 3 pistols and no rifle hehehe
