What about it?
It's cool if it's done well. I've seen it before, some French group of airsofters made a little movie with a hostage rescue....

I personally find videos like this to be lame, makes it look cheesy IMO.

Yeah, this particular video? Lame, since it's obviously just a bunch of airsofters out skirmishing. But the one I mentioned earlier? Kinda cool, 'cause they were making a little movie with an actual storyline.

Rotoscoped in muzzleflash, some sound effects. Looks lazy IMO, but im used to sitting in front of an editing program for a few hours per gunshot. The flash is wayyyy too overdone though. Blood effects were just crap. but hey, for a brief film, its not too bad.
Claybank has a sort of semi-storyline.

OK guys. Thanks. We will dismiss our expert in sfx.
And second question. Airsofters need training movies. There will be an officer of a special force unit becomes the trainer in these movies. He will train in tactics which the special force troops operate. He'll show as they made capture of buildings, capture of the opponent etc. He will train to diversions, to correct construction of shelters, to defence of various constructions etc. |
