Marui AWS

it seems like this has a real-steel size mag at the real-steel mag-well location. Unlike the maruzen and its clones, and unlike tanaka, this seems to be a spring system. I have concluded that TM resorted to witchcraft since I don't know of any way that modified VSR-10 internals can provide the propulsion in this gun. Anyone have any guesses? Anyways, looks like TM will be giving Maruzen a run for its money very soon, since it's priced at around $310 USD.

I always wondered why TM didn't have an L96 and now that they do...I won't be able to afford one

Maybe the bb loads farther back but is pushed forward to the normal loading chamber area in the Maruzen version?

My guess is that they probably made a new loading chamber area where the outer barrel meets the receiver and they used a longer inner barrel?

Or maybe because TM is a different company, in that they actually invent new stuff instead of just copy everyone else. Do you realize TM is one of the greatest innovators in airsoft? They can pretty much do anything they want.

well... in the video description it did say VSR-10 parts u.u'
and the spring and cylinder should have to be placed behind the BB, which would mean it was running on an extremely short spring, OR the BB holder part is spring loaded, so the cylinder can be long and pulled back far.

unless the piston is pushed foward to cock the gun ,as the tm uzi does.
with the barrel running through the centre of the piston the hop would be at the rear of the gun allowing the bb,s to feed from the mag position and also simulate a amount of recoil as with the uzi.

ignore the above, just checked and when you cock the gun a slider under the reciever pulls the bb from the mag moving it foward to the origional hop position
