I made some more gear
Hey guys
Yeah I've had some gear laying around that I did like a year ago and thought I'd show it off. Call me old fashioned though, I still like snap and velcro modular, but molle is still cool too Oh yeah and that's my MC51 WIP too that I've got so far. I can't remember how to get the pics to show up here as opposed to posting weblinks, so here's to hoping it works. Last edited by ILLusion; June 1st, 2009 at 00:42.. |

I'm impressed.
You did it from scratch?

You made that from scratch? That's pretty impressive.
Like the HK51 too. Needs a TLR-1

Glad you like
Yeah I did it all from start to finish. I'm actually wearing body armor beneath the LBV which is how I got the cock blocker (groin part hanging down) to be part of it, so it's a two vest combination. I got my inspiration for some of the design back when Rogue DSI was in business. |

Hey thanks dude
Unfortunately I don't have any WIP before and after pics 'cause I didn't get a camera until recently. That figures too though... just after buying myself one, I find out my friend's roomate has professional photo equipment. So we just went ahead and used hers. |

A "TLR-1"? I shall have to look that up. The MC51's still a work in progress. I just wish I had a metal receiver for it, but I'm still holding out for one. Hey if you know of anyone who's selling, let me know and I'll find an excuse to drop the cash their way As for the gear, I honestly don't know how things are going to pan out for me when I move back to Toronto at the end of the year. It's my hope to drop some cash on some equipment and warehouse space and try to make it a full time business (making gear), but if I do, it'll be my last time 'cause I'm tired of Murphy's law foiling my plans |
