Any how. If its by ESS chances are your safe. I have a few of there products and they stand up very well. Had my new ones survive me taking a face plant into a kiln out at claybank with out a scratch so ya there good quality. Hope that helps.

I've got a pair of ESS goggles, not the exact model as the one you're asking about but they're all made to the same standards. I love my ESS goggles, They never fog, never scratch or dent from bb hits, come with a clear and a tinted lens. They're not the cheapest but in my opinion, they're well worth the money.

i have a striker turbo fan too....what worries me is that its fan cover doesnt appear to be able to take violent hits...and i dun want fragments to fly into my google....other than that the google is perfect
actually i have stopped playing airsoft...until ESS has something really suitable for airsoft game to offer i have been looking into mauri's pro google with fan too, as soon as i spot the large venting stripes at the bottom of the google i ditched the idea of getting one Last edited by Molala2; May 29th, 2009 at 05:06.. |

I've had my ESS NVG turbofans for a couple of years now.
I've had lots of BBs bank off of the lens itself without issue. Some may have even struck the fan casing. That said, I haven't noticed a single problem with them. ESS makes indestructible gear. |

I have ESS Land Ops that I mounted dual Fanz on. They work great. They've been hit many times by BBs without issue.

Best piece of gear you can get. That's all I have to say.

i have to admit so. surely better than china made gaze eye mask. ask me about china made gaze mask and ESS/scott replicas. i am in hong kong where "replicas" are everywhere.
that said, in an age when men can fly to moon, or even further, i am amazed that no one as yet can came out to say "we are the authoritative airsoft google maker, we make mil spec airsoft googles which are tough as steel". i hope ESS can be the frist to do so. |

I have a pair of ESS profiles and they're great. ESS now has an airsoft division:

Also if your really worried about every little crack or open space go with the Advancers there is no way a BB can get in those puppies McKay and I both have them and we spent the day out there saying how great they were

I'm not quite sure, what model I have, but they have vent holes covered by breathable foam, no fans (so no fan casings), completely sealed all around the edge with foam. They've never fogged on me, not once, not in -5 degree weather, not in 20 degree weather or anything in between. I wouldn't wear anything but.

I have a pair of land strikers and asia fit profile fans. The goggle takes hit from pellet guns without scratching. The frame of the goggles can take hits from pellet gun without problem either.

From what I understand, ESS goggles can take a hit from 12 gauge buckshot at twenty feet with no problem, so I doubt plastic bb's are going to bother them any.
