need ideas for a Spetsnaz loadout: help

Ok, so i'm going with a spetsnaz loadout and i haven't found a good enough picture to work with. If anyone can list some gear i would need, some links, or even a good pic or two then this thread wouldn't be in vain. The gun i'm using is an AK74U with a PBS 4 and hopefully a BS 1 if all goes well.

Thanks all!

Check the photo and video section. Make a search and you will see all you need to see.

From what I've seen and know:

Camo wise, you could use a Gorka (S, E, etc.), Partizan or maybe KLMK or SUMRAK camo suits.
Anyone more knowledgable please correct me on this lol.

Russian soldiers typically hate the AKS74U and never really use it.. hence its nickname "little bitch". So you if want to go as authentic as possible you should try finding a full-size AK-74.

For gear... I've come across them using the SMERSH and possibly NERPA webbing systems. Hell, you could probably get away with an M22 "Tarzan" Vest.

Word of caution though, russian gear can be pretty pricey.

Theres a GIANT thread on www.militaryphotos.net with tons of russian pictures.. a lot of great reference photos await you there... last I checked it had about 1000+ pages

Hope this was helpful... you should contact conscript or red dawn here on the forums as well...those guys really know their russian shit :P

The Spetz wear whatever they want. And this is quite literally. As Con said, some Gorka. I've also read they prefer the bigger 7.62 rounds, so maybe not an ak74? Meh. I think anything really goes with those guys when out on the field, which I assume is what you're doing.
