Legality of the MINI electric guns?

Hey since I am not age verified and stuff. Am i allowed to play with mini electric guns that aren't clear on the streets? LOL I don't want airsoft to go down bad if i'm playing with an electric gun on the street that's a mini. Thanks I won't do it till i get a response. And can anyone give me some links to just mini's i'm looking for more variety than a crosman mp5.

No airsoft should ever be played with in the streets. Look at even the weakest airsoft guns as the cheap paintball guns. Would it be okay to play with really cheap little paintball guns in the streets? Absolutely not. The same applies to airsoft.

Edit: Just to add. Airsoft should only ever be played at an actual field (ie, paintball or airsoft field, wherever there is an organized game). Other than that, I would only shoot it inside of my home. Not even my backyard (but then again I have a tiny backyard and I'm in the middle of a residential neighborhood).

Airsoft should be played far away from anyone who isn't in the sport or anyone that isn't aware of people playing. Safety first, Play in the bush where no one ever goes or a field, so no one gets injured and other airsofters don't get bad rep.

There hasn't been any flaming here yet, though what has been posted should be taken to mind. Legal or not, playing in a public area with anything that resembles any sort of gun in the slightest simply isn't a very bright idea. Anybody who chooses to ignore common sense should understand the possible ramifications to themselves and other people in the community if any situation develops or escalates.

Well that's why I stated in my first post that I'm asking if it's safe to or not because I don't want airsoft to die as a sport. I thought it would be harmless with those mini plastic ones but I guess not.

It's a horrible idea anywhere so you will get flamed, never mind trying it in Vancouver with it's gang war crackdown going on.

As an aside putting up a bad idea and then when you get fried saying things like "I was joking" or "I'm just curious" won't make the idea look smarter.

For reference; you are always better off asking questions if you are unsure of them. Don't mind if anyone flames you for it, someone will give you the answer you are looking for. You are safer to ask and ignore the flames and learn something, or avoid doing something silly, then to fear the flaming and just do something only to find out after it was a bad idea.

Edit: But I do agree with surebet. With something like this, you need to use common sense and see that using a gun on the streets, no matter what it looks like or how cheap/weak it is, is a bad idea.
