What's the difference?

What is the difference between RG and OD? In most of the picture I see they look the same.

I ask cause i am looking to match the vest i am buying with the backpack and the only vest color atm in asc mart is rg well the pack is od

It seems even the pantac and phantom are different od.

If the pics are accurate, Pantac's RG looks close to Sage.

OD should be about like the Medic pouch (E) in the pic above.

Sage

OD is much more green than RG. Ranger is more a neutral color i gather. And OD is alot brighter.

Yeah, they look almost Sage or RG.The 2 M4 pouches look like the real OD color to me.

It's possible their OD may have been adjusted slightly. But if you're buying both items from the same source (i.e., both newer Pantac products) I think the colors should be the same.

Pantac stopped making the land vest so i would probably have to go with a rav to match i am guessing.

They now call their CIRAS line "Force Recon Vest" (Mar/Land). I saw on RW they also now have Land/Maritime CRS, which appears to be the same thing.

Also, for the hydration.. if you can afford the price difference, check out their repro of the Eagle MAP (MBSS hyration, I think its called). Its very nice (nicer than the genuine product). I'm still working on a review.
