Airsoft GI?

anyone ever order from them? they offer shipping to Canada and am debating whether to take the risk or not (shipping only 40.40 USD for an AEG!!!)

so let me know if any of u guys have dealt with them and have been successful

Thanks

(NOTE: I am of age, and I have been checked, my profile just has not been updated yet)

No. It will not make it across the border.

They're apparently on the "Good" list, so they must have done something right to deserve to be on that list.

My only concern is bringing an AEG across the border. I'm going to guess that you're not licensed to bring across firearms, and AirsoftGi doesn't seem to sell weapons with clear recievers. You may run across problems with customs due to that since it would qualify to be a replica firearm at that point (I believe?).

Edit: Damnit Styrak beat me

I think you know everyone's opinion of ordering an AEG outside of Canada.

I'll give you a hint.. it's somewhere between "dumb" and "fucking stupid". But its your money. If having your name on a CBSA watch list and the chance of losing whatever you spend is worth it to you for the slim chance of saving a few bucks, it's not like we can stop you. Just don't come crying to us when it gets siezed.

Assuming your over 18, get age verified and look through the Classifieds here and pick up a nice gun. By the way, welcome to ASC!

How long has it been? Mine took a little less than a week, just be patient and believe me, it will all be worth it.

Some people end up waiting a long, long time. Believe I remember someone waiting over a month just to get age verified. I guess it depends on your verifier. If they're actively here, they'll submit the request quickly. If something happens, such as a catastrophe, you may wait a while. At the same time, the approval process may take a long time as well, or can be quick. There's multiple variables. Just sort of sit back and research on the gun you have your eye on. Upgrades, learning the terminology, what the equipment does, etc. I do that all the time

Yesterday? Holy shit dude calm down. Remember this site is run by volunteers with lives. Setting up this whole AV system is doing you a favour. The least you could do in return is be patient. My AV took nearly a month to go through. Just relax for a bit.

While you wait, just do your research, learn as much as you can and when it's done, you'll know exactly what you want.

Exactly. Please for the love of God don't start one of those "What gun should I get?" threads.
