It's sweet, finally better pictures, the one on Arnies doesn't even work for me, I even signed up an account and I can't view the pictures. Finally I see them better viewed.
Hmm so there's Dark Earth.

What I don't get about it, is that in news releases it says it's for M4 or M16 but I've only seen the M4 length.

Damn, that's nice!

Might as well get one of these for my M4 seeing as that I already have a CTR stock and MIAD grip. Not to mention that now I can have rail mounting options without going to a traditional RIS/RAS unit. Reduced weight FTW!

WGC just listed them in stock in black, DE and FG. Not sure how long that would last, given Magpul's popularity.

It's probably like $50 - $60 shipped.

I got mine in a large order, so I can't be exact.

First, let me say that I'm a big fan of Magpul, they are very innovative, from the original magazine pulls to the R&D of the Masada, which now now belongs to Bushmaster - ACR.

I am not so hyped about the MOE stock or handguard though. MOE stock resembles a CTR stock but lacks the addition of the friction retention, and the handguards aren't free floating.

On a side note, it would be interesting to see a high strength polymer free floating rail, as majority of the aftermarket FF rails are machined out of aluminum (6061 T6 or so). However, the temperatures seen from full-auto or rapid fire in a carbine course is probably why there aren't any. Or the fact that there are so many other FF rails out there now, and perhaps the weight savings between aluminum and polymer/composites isn't worth the additional development or costs.

But for airsoft, looks like the handguard can accomodate a larger battery.

w00t!

Just ordered one of these from WGC (along with a bunch of other stuff). No rails for it, but that can wait.

On another note, I also ordered what appears to be a very new release in the Magpul PMAG department. I ordered a box of 75 round PMAG's (10 per box). So for those of you that want more than their 30rnd "real-cap" mags, and aren't prepared to drop $30+ for a single 120rnd mid-cap, these seem to be the best compromise.

Linkage to WGC product descriptions below. Magpul 75rnd PMAG (10pcs box)
Black
Dark Earth
Olive Drab
Foliage Green
