Order from X-Fire.org?
Hi guys, I recently ordered parts directly from x-fire.org (japan). They sent them to me, with a tracking number. I didn't check the tracking number for 2 weeks and when I look at it, on japanpost website, it was written: parcel returned to sender because of wrong adress.
So my parcel went from Japan to Montreal to Japan. I tried calling at japanpost while my parcel was near Montreal but couldn't achieve to make the call (weird Japan phone number starting with 01** etc). I tried locating an e-mail adress, but there isn't one on japanpost. I sent an e-mail to X-Fire.org but, I guess, being in holidays, no answer still. So, this happened to someone else already? I am guessing I won't have to pay shipping back twice? (since I have the proof that my adress was sent to them corretly)? Thank you, and yes I am a close relative to murphy's laws for people wondering. |

I had this happen to me.
The address they put on was my name and city, and that was it. It sat at the post office for a week. Luckily I was watching it like a hawk and new it got stalled at the local PO, so I started a trace right away with the manager. He pulled it out the no delivery bin the morning before it was headed back to Japan. They definately aren't the best with address translations. |

Their English is hard to work with.. I hope my PDI comp doesn't go somewhere else... |

Sent out from the country of origin? It's not that hard to "decipher".

A complicated way to tell something easy

That's not even that complicated. Building Codes/Standards...well...law/policy/legislation in general is the golden standard of complicated ways to say things.

If they sent you a tracking number, keep an eye on it so you know if it gets stalled somewhere. Canada Post is really good about finding things that get lost in the shuffle.

Well last week, I ordered 2 items at HK and JAP.
The HK one delivered faster, and now it's in customs, and JAP one is being weird. Anyways, if it updates, you can use the Tracking Numbers in Canada Post to check. |

The tracking number is on japanpost, half the site is written in japanese, there is no e-mail and I don't know how to dial a japanese number ?

So my item came in to Canada and still in customs... My other item from HK arrived, out for delivery, and somehow missed my house and now at a postal office. How stupid. |

You can use in Canada Post, but it will work after a few days..
Use Japan Post for the first 4 days... Can anyone tell me if a PDI SG COMP is illegal to import? It's been in customs for 2 days in Mississauga from the 29th. |
