Ni-MH batteries memory loss?

I cant recall but I remember reading somewhere that the Ni-Cad batteries suffer from the memory loss effect, but the Ni-MH do not...

Is this true?

That would be correct. Ni-MH batteries don't have a memory.

Thanks I've only had Ni-Cad batteries up to this point, so I have no clue about Ni-MH well time to stop discharging it then

Discharging a NI-MH is not good unless you want a battery that is only good for a paperweight.

Well does the poor mans discharge count? Dry firing the gun once or twice a day...
