Chances of item being seized.....
Hey,
So I was wondering if any of the retailers here would be able to bring this in for me, cuz im thinking that if I order it. It would be seized cuz of the fake ammunition in the mag. Beach

Are you looking to get the mag just for the "Automatic winding" function or do you want it for look aswell?
The reason i asked is because the dummy bullets can be taken off and I'm sure one of the helpful HK/US store wouldnt mind helping abit to get some sales. And Based on seeing some of the threads here, the magazine it self is pretty legal for importation right? I bought a similar mag - the PDW of heroarms, and I just asked the store to help me remove the dummy bullets, as in my country Airsoft is pretty grey aswell. So without the dummy bullets - its metal for the hero arms one, its pretty safe for me to bring in. and I just asked some machine shop to make a similar one back home. I hope i dont teach people to indulge in too illegal practice......... if I did, please delete this post Nicho |

Fake Bullets = Seizure
You might get lucky, but thats a risk unto yourself. Its like walking around in prison with hot pants... You might get lucky, but theres always someone around the corner whos waiting for the chance to rape you...

Fake bullets does not = seizure.
Fake bullets will make it very likely the CBSA officer will open the package to see WTF it is, and very likely call you to explain the item. If you have a CBSA officer that is having a bad day, they may seize it, but disputing the seizure will ultimately lead to the item being released - albeit 3 months (or more) later. |

FYI, it is a criminal offense to ship replica or deactivated munitions in all forms via Canada Post. Their contractors have a habit of scanning packages for shipments that use an aircraft, like Xpresspost or Priority Courier.
