M16 Mag Feeding Problem
I have two CA M16's both of them have Trouble feeding any mag that is not CA, but what I have notices is that the Mags have to be pushed up a slight bit in the mag well in order to feed Properly, but if I'm not holding it up no rounds make it to the barril.
I can see the mags making Contact with the hop up unit, but I dont think its sitting Properly... the Mags in question are: KA M16 mags x5 Dboys C7 thermal hi caps x2 Friendly tips and Advice are welcome! cheers! Last edited by Voice of Reason; September 8th, 2008 at 00:28.. |

The general consensus around here is that if you have CA body, you use CA magazines. King Arms magazines in particular seem to have fitment issues with CA bodies.

if there's sitting too low, the hopup is not pressing in the BB retainer enough to let the BB's go by. Try filing down the BB retainer on the mags [wedge shaped piece at the mouth of the feed tube].
