Private message limitations

Hey there.
Today I log in and find my Inbox is 100% full. It has been reduced from 2000 message limit to 50.

WTF? Anybody else had this happen?

And now it just went back to 2000.

So I deleted over 1000 messages for nothing. Thanks ASC.

There is a function in every user's private message box that allows you to download all messages in an XML, CSV and TEXT format.

I have about 100,000 PMs saved this way.

At the bottom left of every post... underneath poster's name, under the avatar pic, underneath the join date, location, and post count... there should be a couple of icons. Click the one that looks like a red & white triangle with an exclamation mark in the middle. That icon is the report post function. Fill out the form and once submitted, that post will be reported.

I think he may have been referring to PMs (if he wasn't, then same Q for me, but regarding PMs). I don't have the 'report' triangle when I'm in PMs. I got spammed a few times, but just deleted it, but would have reported it otherwise.

Ah, I see. If that's the case, I suppose you could just forward the offending PM to your favorite mod and await a response.
