Finally !! my SA58 is here :)

There you go, told you i would give you some shots...here it goes...i ll test is later on since it took ShootSoft only 1 week to get it from Hong kong to my home....amazing fast and professionnal service!!

All pieces are made of metal, except the stock, handle and front part with the 3 holes...(RIS coming soon). It s not a well known model but it takes someone to break the icie with new stuff....i ll tell you more later for now enjoy those pics !

See you on the field !!

Small Review

Ok let s call this a small out of the box review: Gun is almost full metal except the stock for a large battery, the handle and the front part with the holes (i m french canadian and i dont know the exact term in english). With the battery in, the weight is well balanced in the middle and not a single pieces move kinda lose...i mean it s very tough made. Like any other AEG out of box and Stock, this one shoots at a good 300-315 FPS and has a V3 gearbox made entirely of metal of course. I posted down here a link to an european review of this AEG explaining more in details everything else...i shot couple of bbs with it...np there...perfectly aligned with the sights...but that was inside my home...final test will be outside to make sure it shoots straight up for a good 100-125 ft. The bolt action is cool, pulling back opens the Hop-up chamber...like the real thing...only problem i can see is a small screw mounted on the slide (inside) that you pull back to open up the hop-up chamber plate...it pushes back on a bigger metal piece, i m sure it will break at some point but i ll manage to change the lil screw and make sure it stays there, soon enough hehe....besides that...that thing is rock n roll stuff...very good AEG imo...only need to shoot some bbs on a field now to enjoy it more

As per right now it uses only SA58 high cap mags...since the gun is fairly new in the classic army family, it s limited right now....Though in the future they ll come with more versitile stuff for it...there s already a lot of stuff up and running for that gun as shown here....(they already have the RIS available). Rail is 20mm compatible of course with ton of optics and add-ons. On a final note FAL MAGASINES ARE NOT COMPATIBLE...too bad i guess....like i said earlier there will be new stuff available in a near future....until then i ll use high cap...they re not my favorite...but they re nice and all in metal of course.

I wanted something new so i could test it and have fun...there s some review out there already...not a ton, but good ones. The gearbox is a V3 so on that side it s cool cause i can use existing upgrades out there.

Of course they will be drawback because of this and that and those...but i m good at fixing things up and making sure they work so i ll enjoy this a lot i think

I ll let you know more after i tested it outside etc.

How does it tear down, like the real thing (looks pretty close from the link you posted)?

You really shouldn't post pictures like this, everyone will want one!
