I don't know what it is with AKs... maybe the mag... but I've never been much of a fan... every once in a while I see one that looks nice, whether it be from a nice wood kit, or a unique set up...

That one... not so much though...

My reply to this is 2 threads down from here.

Don't do it.

Think of the children.

I mean c'mon. First you get like 10 rails, then enough covers to hide them... bah.

I'd like to think of myself as an AK purist, so this 'Tacticool' AK sickens me. If you want to play with rails and lazers, buy an AR.

Purists need to get out, and laid more often. Seriously.

Y'know, just because you THINK you can see perfectly in the dark, doesn't mean you can.

Personally, I'd rather have a weapon light (and SOME rails to mount it on), instead of using the hand that should be supporting my weapon. Unless you like to tape shit on yer gun.

i have an hk416 but i've never really been a fan of the ak... most of the time there are 2 types of people' those who "love" and those who "can't stand" them.
personally the accessories make it look better (but thats my opinion). it's like when you put rims on your car most of the time it don't serve a purpose but it look great... to the purists out there i don't want to offend anyone but looking at the ak plain and simple isn't much to look at. ok so some with always talk about the reliabily of the ak in real life, i don't doubt it, but this is airsoft.
i guess i'm alone in the liking of thetactical ak...

I don't get it

A weapon is a tool,

expanding the utility of the tool by making it capable to support mission critical accesories makes total sense.

who cares what it looks like?
