Does anyone know what brand this is? I tried contacting the the store owner but it was all to no avail.

I dont know if you can really call it a brand. Its not the real deal thats for sure. Its a clone. Its a mediocre at best copy of the original. Its nothing fancy but you get what you pay for.

They're no specific brand. They're just knockoffs made in some Chinese factory. They won't compare to the real thing, but if you're looking for a dot sight and like the look of an EOTech, then they should work as well as any other dot sight out there.
I have one of Huang's 552 replicas and I'm happy with it. Probably nowhere near as good as the real deal, but works for the purpose I need it for.

I was looking at Mr Huang's replicas, and comparing it against he one on ebaybanned, are there any differences other than pricing?

Can't say for sure in terms of functionality and quality and such, but visually, Huang's have the EOTech trademarks which the ebaybanned replicas don't have.
