I dont think u can find one since its very impractical as the trigger for the M203 would be a good 4-5 inches infront of the trigger

Haha that pic of the M14/M203 is real, SMGLee is a cool guy that is basically a gear/gunwhore but for realsteel
I may note that the M203 has an vertical with attached Surefire...
