Anyone got things broken by the customs?
Just received my CA25 midcap mags today (4). One was broken because they opened the mag and a piece of plastic is missing... Just want to know if this sh*t happened to you to and if there is any resort? If not i think i can fix it but i'm pissed!!! Dont know why they opened it up; maybe for drugs? They are a pretty stupid bunch... oh and fuck them...
Core of the mag Pieces of the mag... screw, bolt, piece of plastic for retaining the bolt; miss the other piece...

I have a magazine I broke like that myself. Don't try to fix with super glue and then thread the screw in early. 2-part epoxy would be a better idea.

Thanks Danke; that was what i planned to do. Superglue ain't worth shit
My question was did the f%?*%* custom broke things your ordered while inspecting it? And if so, is there any recoures (resort?) so they pay for the broken things?

That's nothing, we had someone in customs break a G&P SAM-R just behind the barrel nut, damn near broke the thing clean off the receiver.
And it wasn't shipping because the box was in MINT condition. |

Also because it was a birthday present from my bro.

Customs is pretty well free and clear of responsibilty for any damage they may cause during an inspection or poor re-packing of items etc.

They cut open my order of mags and BB's from redwolf and the knife broke through 10 bags of BB's. That wasnt fun.

Good one Styrak.
I don't believe I have ever seen a successful claim against Customs for damaging items. |

They prolly thought the same thing when the bb's rolled everywhere on the floor...

That sucks but imagine you moved to canada from South America and every peice of furniture was smashed and broken by customs. I work for an international moving company and sometimes people have all their things ruined. Total disrespect.
