JG Bar-10
My new JG Bar-10 came.... adn i had to wait a week for my scope but it came today. Total so far: 190 bux (excluding the bipod) Shoots around 450 fps pretty consistently now, since i tefloned the shit out of everything.
The scope is an ACTION M1 replica, and it came with the 80mm scope shade. The only mods ive done on this, include teflon on the cylinder head nozzle, teflon on the cylinder/cylinder head threads, teflon on the hopup, and I also milled out the groove on the weaver mount. It looked really stupid when it was just straight. Ignore the crosman. UPDATE: So i noticed that the gun consistently shot to the left, and so i opened up the hopup. I had to space the hopup to one side with paper, and also sand down a bit one of the hopup tooths (its got a V-hopup) and now it shoots straight. Just goes to show, its 100 bux for a reason. That said though, I'd still gladly get this over the TM.

Its a TM VSR10 clone if you look into it...except the internals are more stout. Definitely sounds like a great build.
He's located in the states btw, you can order it from airsoft GI (based in California) and get the scope from www.ehobbyasia.com, an ebay site. As for getting it through the border, good luck. |

Bah, false alarm. His location said BC, and I assumed it was a place in British Columbia.

well if he did import it illegally, a rifle such as this has the best odds of getting through just because it can be mistaken for a .177.
The flip side of that is if this is seen in the other way, you will get hit A LOT harder then trying to import something like a g36 because while anyone looking at a g36c knows it's likely a fake because of it's rarity this thing is more likely to be the real deal, so they will throw the book HARDER at you than anything else. So in the end is still isn't worth it. |
