Laser for G36C

I'm planing on getting a laser dot for my tm g36c.
trying to make my choice through following criterias: nice look, quality, practicality, but I'm not quite competent regarding this subject.

any suggestions?

Well, the first thing to look for is probably output. Unlike say, Alberta, the Ontario airsoft community really don't have a proper set of rules for lasers (yet), but that doesn't mean one should go and find the most powerful laser possible. Following the Albertans' lead, you should aim for lasers with a verified output of less than 5mW for safety.

What can you say about switch? I saw switches which are extended up to the handle and can be attached there for fast on/off action without moving hand very far from the triger. Is it comfortable to have those wires streching along the gun? Or is it better to get a laser which has on/off switch on its body?

I'd go for a pressure switch on the foregrip. The button/knob activated ones might be a pain to work with because unless you remove the sling mount, you'll probably have to mount the laser on one of the side rails (assuming you have them). The cords are heavy and can get in the way of your sling if you use one, and since the G36C is pretty short, you might have too much cord hanging down regardless depending on what you can get.

Pressure switchs are the most popular. You can always tape the cord to the foregrip and hide the excess through one of the vent holes on the sides.
