A&A whereabouts...

Hey guys, I don't know if someone can get in touch with Mark Anderson from A&A cause I send him emails for about 2 weeks.

It's about a refund process but didn't get any news about it. Can someone get in touch with him ?

Bought something, sent it back and was supposed to refund me back the money but got no news about it since 11st july.

Can someone help me on this ?

Thanks ! Don't want to start anything with this... just asking help to get in touch with him.

I had heard he was on vacation, but I haven't heard that from him directly so don't take my word for it. That was a week or two ago, so he could be back if he did leave.

Your best bet is to try calling him I suppose.

Dude calm down. A&A is one of two remaining retailers, if Mark were a scam artist it would be well known... He's suppose to be a one man operation so cut the guy some slack. Bought well over $1000 worth of guns in the last two months without any problems.

QFT. I just ordered my third gun (TM Hi-Capa 5.1) from Mark and he emailed shipping notification and a tracking number the next day. It's supposed to arrive on Monday, July 23 and I have no doubts.

I have ordered and recieved 7 guns from mark in the past 3 months, never had any problems what so ever. Honestly he is a pleasure to deal with and I hope to have more business with him soon.

I get the impression if its regarding refunds or other questions regarding return of merchandise, he takes his time, but will be on his horse once its a sale related question.

I emailed him asking if he could give me an estimate regarding my pre-order.
(have not heard from him yet and I don't plan on it)

First time dealing with him and I placed an $860 order. Its a little nerve racking none the less, but I'll sit tight and wait.

dont think hes on vacation because i just received a mail notifying me that he already accepted the money that i sent through EMT now my gun is in the 'processing status'

he had an order get delayed in alaska, a large number of airsoft items came into his store all in one day, took a while to sort out, but hes slowly getting back to his emails.
