Sorry, I don't follow up much on prototype works. I'm more aware of what's actually on the market rather than what "could" be on the market.
Although, knowing Magpul, I would not be surprised if they were working on an airsoft counterpart. It does seem like an easily transferrable product between the two platforms (real steel & airsoft), especially if it's made by the original manufacturers.
