Glock 17 in a P08/P38 holster?
Does anyone know if a modern handgun like the Glock 17 fits in P08/P38 holsters?
Will it be a tight or loose fit? |

I'm assuming it wouldn't fit very well, since a P38's barrel is very tiny and round at the front, while a Glock is big and square.

But the Glock 17 is also shorter than the P38, so I assume it doesn't go all the way down the holster.

It doesn't fit.
Also, you should try to avoid using holsters that are generic, universal, or claim to fit "any *insert size here* framed pistol". Buy a holster that's purpose built for your sidearm, or you'll be looking for a new pistol or pistol mags at some point. |
