need Portuguese loadout info

Well I'm Portuguese and I have decided that I want to have a Portuguese load out (including weapons). I've been searching online for awhile but since I can't read Portuguese my sources are limited. I've talked to all my relatives who have served in the Portuguese military but they've all gotten out and moved to Canada at least 20 to 30 years ago so their info isn't exactly up to date. Basically I'm not asking all of you to do my searching for me, I'm just asking that if you happen to have any helpful information to please post it in here.

from the official site it looks like a version of woodland DPM is the main camo pattern, some green dress berets and some USMC style hats look the norm for commandos.... any particular impression your're going for? Wikipedia lists main weapons as HK G3's and Galils.

http://www.exercito.pt/portal/exerci...ry.asp?stage=1

I guess you can extrapolate a loadout based on those weapon and camo choices, I seriously doubt they are all that different from other western style armies in the area (french/spanish/italian)

hope that helped a bit, cheers!

What the guys have given you here is good already.
Webbing is M56 webbing and Brit DPM for uniform.
Special forces carry the G36C and the MP5.
If you are doing Pre-1980 then you have to get vertical Lizard pattern.
Current helmets are the M1 and the PASGT

I'm going for the modern standard infantry look(should have said that in first post) and I was hoping the G3 was still their issued weapon because its one of my fav's and that just gives me a valid reason to 'waste' money on one
