Modifications on my aeg, It dont shoot at all.
Hi I have recently made some modifications on my AEG, when everything was in place, batteries charged and connected to the gearbox, I pull the trigger and absolutely nothing happens.
Modifications: New guarder handguard switch assembly, in my g&p gearbox v2, the cords of my switch assembly comes out at the back of the gearbox to be connected at my g&p crane stock with g&p batteries. I also put a systema selector level on my g&p type(b) receiver. Can you help me? thanks |

check the connections on the motor, its located at the bottom of your grip. Sometimes those just slip out when u install the motorplate

Sois sûr que la batterie est charger et que la fuse n'est pas brulé. Donne des nouvelles si tu trouve rien. EDIT Il se peu que tu ai une mauvaise connection. Vérifie toute tes connections.

The biggest causes to these kinds of symptoms (especially after you've done any electrical work are:
- Short circuits - Poor soldering jobs - Reversed polarities |

Well, I have found the problem, the guarder switch assembly doesn't fit with the g&p selector plate, so I change it for a systema selector plate.
And now.. it shoot, but the piston always jams at the back of the gearbox and sometimes when it shoot, the bb stops to comes out of the barrel, because the nozzel stay inside the hop-up. |

i've had that problem before as well.
this never occured to me but it worked. I was shimming my sector gear too much that my tapplet plate would get stuck with the gear. try not to shim it too much and also go to mechbox.com watch the video, you can learn a lot just from that |

The sector gear is the gear which engages the piston rack.
