L Shaped flashlight.

Hey all.
Don't have sufficient time to look this up, but I'll be back at home tonight to see if there are replys / do my OWN homework on this but...

While preparing my stuff and cleaning to move, I found one of those L shaped flashlights. I hope you know what I mean... Did the 101st have them?

Again, no time to look this up on my own, nor do I know the proper name for the light itself... but I spray painted it OD just in case it WAS used.

Thanks.
Billy.

Those L shaped flashlights are issued to everyone. They are junk, go out an buy a real flashlight like a sure fire unless its for your WWII kit

Yep they had these, but the WW2 pattern is much more different than the modern ones

Hmmph.

I have one, but doubt it's WW2. No, I wouldn't buy a surefire as they werent to my knowledge used in WW2, thus, I posted in the WW2 section.
