The 1$ tripwire
I was looking at that "Sonic Grenade" project on the internet and I tried it once. The 110db keychain alarm sold at the dollar store is perfect for tripwire. It has a pin-based switch so the alarm rings until you put the pin back in the hole. It varies in shape (mostly oval or square) and color (translucid blue or red) but they are all the same and are clearly tagged "110db personal alarm".
Pic Pic 2 To make one, simply buy an alarm and attach a strong but thin wire to it. Place it where your ennemy should come and tell your teammates. When the alarm sounds, the ennemy's stealth is lost and you all know his position. I'm about to buy one today and try it. We play mostly after 6pm so the wire will be hard to see. *evil laughter* |

Hey cool, those guys made it into Canada since the last time I checked.
One can really use whatever. I'd say little hearts are harder to spot, so more power to him.

How old are you? While that will work, Airsoft is usually about presentation, realism, not how cheap something is. Looking back through your posts, you are a Softair player so that might explain your "mods" (the rubber band sight, having your spud gun taken by the police)... While it is good to see that you are trying to be innovative, try using the search feature here before spamming the boards and post in existing threads.

plus i have one of these 'sonic grenades' but they aren't that loud, and have a 20-30 second timer on them. I think they are terrible and not worth a dollar.

Old news here in Ottawa (I made a few up for games early last year, never got around to using them in games, either not the time or place, or I forget I have them). They are great for Airsoft Meet & Greets though!

Take some sort of threading, like the cheap type that you can get like 10 rolls for a buck and just put tuns of it between trees. Watching people trying to get through it is so funny. It'd be awesome in airsoft, people getting all caught up in it then shooting them.
