Try Ess goggles they work for me really well. If you can get ahold of some
Bolle's for a test fit try them out too. Certain glasses will work with them and they are quite nice to wear.

It depends where you usually play, at FR or airsoft-dedicated fields. You obviously have to use PB goggles at PB sites, and I've found that JT Spectra while pretty bulky can fit glasses comfortably. Not sure what ballistics goggles would work with glasses, though Bolles look like they'd be able to fit one.
Are the CF goggles you speak of even rated against impacts?

it says they are and they have held up, most times i use two lenses just incase but i don't think that a real bullet or piece of shrapnel would have trouble getting through. what are the rules at fr for google anyways? cause i've seen alot that arn't pb.

Get contacts...they don't fog up like glasses most probably will under goggles. That way you can use the easily obtainable anti-fog pb goggles and not worry about your anti-anti-fog glasses.

Please play with PB goggles at FR, that's the rule.

I am saddled w/ prescription lenses as you are, and currently I am running ESS Profile NVG's w/ the prescription adapter + lenses.
Aside from being the most kickass goggles I've ever owned (practically zero fogging after you rip off the foam around the outside), they have a great field of vision, and are comfortable to wear. I took the adapter and goggles to a HAKIM optical and they whipped up lenses in a few days, no problem. |

Depends on the field. If your field says, pb goggles only, then no. If they allow ballistic rated glasses, then ask and see.
I run both ESS LandOPS and Bolle X800T, both with the Rx adapter and they work great. I paid a bit more and got the safety lenses (just in case) with scratchguard and antifog/antiglare.

Hakim told me $59 and will be done in 3-5 days. That is for basic lenses.

i dont know why feilds wont allow balistic glasses, i've fired point blank with a gbb into mine countless times and have yet to have them shatter.

From what I've heard, PB fields' liability insurance specifically mention PB goggles and that's what's covered. It's not an issue of ballistics glasses' ability to protect

I honestly don't remember, but I believe it was below the $100 mark for the lenses. Safety ones that is. |
