winter combat gear

I was wondering what does the canadian army use for combat gear and clothing in the winter? (like lbv's, headgear, bdu's and stuff like that) in gonna be playing some serious winter airsoft and i wanna look as accurate as possible. got any pics? links descriptions? stuff like that.

To answer that question simply and to the point.
The CF currently has white nylon shells that are worn, a jacket, trousers, rucksack cover and helmet cover. We've also got ECW boots in white aswell as an assortment of IECS and ICE kit.

CTS has a new CADPAT (WO) coming on down the pipeline to replace the current nylon shells. Basically the same thing with digital grey splotches. And don't expect to get yourself a pair for a few years.

ahh not always true, I have more CADPAT kit than any other soldier has probaly seen.

That's true...kitsluts tend to stockpile. But I still don't see CADPAT (WO) even being in RegF hands for awhile.

Dude I sell Pants! Winter pants Fleecey pants. and all the other CF winter gear. You want Boots whites long johns I got Snowshoes and Ski's too. I'll pimp you up right. But the WO Cadpat I would not hold my breath. It will be a long time before the Al Quieda goes to the north pole. If the Ruskies start something again we may prioritize the WO. But in the mean time. You buy winter gear from Army Issue.

Hey Whozat SCREW YOU, LOL.
Yeah there is a vest I have been wanting for awhile, and I will get it. But damn those gortex cadpat boots are comfy, they really hold up the weight of my JTF2 vest well, Then there is the sniper suit, although its so pretty, I just cant find the energy to wear it all the time.

But Im not a whore, nor a slut, I just like My cadpat, and my Multicam. and now maybe cad arid too, but thats it, nothign more.

yeah its funny, I always go to the candy shop, and for some reason the item of desire is there for me, in my size and everything!
At the end of an airsoft day the topes of my toes always hurt alittle, but with those baby's my feet feel great.
Even if Canada isnt interested in the cadpat design, they can at least make them in black and tan...

I dunno.. I smell bull shit. Those "cadpat gortext boots" are just as comfy as the black gortext boots and his OMG JTF2vest be scared -over sea's JTF2 probably doesn't even use capat
