Problems with APS2 Type96 Heavily Upgraded

I cant seem to get this T96 to shoot consistantly. As for the important parts.. I have a 190 spring, PDI Hopup w\ hard type bucking and PDI 6.01 barrel. Im just getting irratic shots or shots going off to the left or right. Some shots drop way to early.. others corkscrew and fly off wildly. Ive tried .36g Straights (white) and .43g Straights (graphite washed off). Ive since discovered that my .36g were kinda shotty.. but the .43g seem good. I did try .25g also.. but that was pointless.

Ive adjusted the hopup to the extreme low and its doesnt seem to help.. Ive tried inching it up.. no help... ive tried adjusting the left and right screw independantly... no help. It almost seems as if its ignoring the hopup and these adjustment don't seem to effect range when it does shoot properly. I have looked down the hopup dissassembled and the bucking is getting adjusted but just doesnt seem to have much effect.

Before you suggest taking it apart and reinspecting the unit or aligning the bucking.. Ive done that also. I am 1000% sure its assembled correctly.. Ive gone through the forums and guides on the assembly and it seems like Ive done it correctly.

The only thing I can think of is that something else other then the hopup is the problem now. Maybe the barrel is NFG or it is getting an inconsistant amount of air? A long shot here... could turbulant air be a problem.. it would be inconsistant and a possible cause.. I know a stretch and not even sure if this exists in airsoft. I havent had the chance to test it on the chrono yet but I do know that the piston head seems to make a really tight seal sooo... Im kinda doubtful that air consistancy is a problem.

Im at my wits end here. Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers
