CADPAT gear

Hey all,

wondering if anyone knows Toronto vendor for CADPAT BDU's? I have checked ebay several times and seem to hit the wall! I am central toronto location. Also looking for source on Belleville's size 10 R.

Thanks!

Army Issue. I know he's in Port Credit but he'll have what you need. I have a shirt for sale. Size 6744, if that helps.

most gear retailers, paintball shops and surplus stores sell some sort of CADpat knockoff.

Just don't buy anything that says 'Parklands' on the tag.

Thats good advise :smack: What do you base your depth of wisdom on? yes the Parkland stuff is not as Leet as the frontenac the TW or the "Issue" stuff but its a butt load cheaper. Alot of players like the Parkland brand cuz it suits their needs. If you want more from the uniform spend more. But if you want to dispense condesending advise please back it up.
Cheers

I'm basing that on the fact that my brother and I purchased outfits from Parklands from some ripoff surplus store in Toronto last year. We washed them a few times and they faded like mad. Then we spent maybe 10-20% more on Frontenac stuff and it hasn't faded at all, lighter, and easier to move around in.

By "Rip Off" I assume you mean (edit for liable) as most guys refer to it as "Rip mores". :?:
See thats the problem right there, you shoulda bought them here.
I'm not ragging on you, parkalnds not great but its cheap( the BDU's anyway. ) They have some great jackets and other stuff for playing thats just not offered by other companies. So I get outta joint with broad statements about their stuff. The cadpat M4 vest has been very popular and practical for ASers. its not much use outside of AS and the odd PBer. But I asked for and received a Cadpat line of M4 vests and now its being backed up with more AS cadpat accessories like mag pouches tact mag pouches large field packs and more.
Cheers

Hey, no worries man. I should have explained why in the first place since he's new. I don't know where I went, but it's on Yonge and the pants were $50 (might have been $40 last year, but IMHO that's about $35 more than they're worth). I've only seen their shirts, pants, shorts, and boonies, but since they are all bad I just assumed there other stuff is of similar quality. We did buy two Cadpat vests there as well (also turned out to be a bit of a gyp), but I've had trouble figuring out whether they are parklands or what (one is a bunch of Cadpat pouches strung together with webbing for ~$100, the other was more of a vest and had a good padded collar for ~180).

Sure, if you can show me a proper sentence

Send Army Issue a PM/email if you'd like to make a purchase from him, he can take you from there.

I think someone already said. Parklands is crap! Do not get it! Yes its cheaper than the real CADs but try Sealsactiongear.com they have good CADs there and theyre just a tad more expensive than the parklands stuff. The parklands fabric is durable (i guess) but its very heavy and you sweat...excessively in it.

Things that have gone wrong with my parklands:

>> Pants faded....now look like ACU (yes i washed it as i was told with cold water and no detergent)
>> Zipper on Pants broke.
>> My buddy has a hole in the crotch of his pants, mine are starting to go down that road.
