lost small body pin on TM M4
hey just had a quick question. so somehow the small body pin (part C-7) about 1/2 inch above the trigger has fallen out. i didnt notice right away so ive been firing the weapon without this pin and it works flawlessly. i cant seem to remember what this pin is actually doing, and what importantance it has. last thing i want to do is wreck somthing. if you guys could answer this for me that would be awesome as well where i would be able to obtain one of these little guys. thanks so much!

It just helps to centre the gearbox in the receiver. It's not a serious issue if you don't have it, but in certain setups, it's required. If it fell off on it's own, that means the gearbox is already perfectly centered. As long as you don't disassemble and reassemble your receiver/gearbox frequently, it's not an issue.
