BHI, %50 Off Vests

I'm not sure if this is old news, but in browsing around, I found Black Hawk Industries is holding a %50 off clearance sale off select vests. Vests like the omega cross draw previously priced at $140 USD are now around $70 USD... anyone with more info on this sale? why now? possible motives? is it a good deal?

Wow..thats awesome. If I didn't just buy a Weesatch and a CIRAS, I would be all over this. Crossdraw is the way to go.

I dunno, because I'm lazy I haven't checked any company news they might have on their site, but to hazard a guess they're probably trying to phase out some of their models so they can start marketing some new designs.

Theres not such thing a new designs anymore its just one company copying another. MOLLE and Modular gear is in everything else is obsolete.
