P90 vs G36c

There's just something about the P90 compared to my TM G36C that I find difficult to pinpoint. The G36C just feels more 'satisfying' to fire for some reason. Both guns stock, the G36C hop is nice and smooth whereas the P90 hop is tight. The G36C seems far less affected by hop than the P90 as well. In fact without any hop, the G36C still gets very good range and the P90 seems to fall short. Sometimes I think the P90 just doesn't have the same punch as the G36C.

Anyone else notice similiar traits in their respective guns?

uhm... what's your point?

Having used both, I'd take the P90. I never had issues with the two I owned. I didn't dislike the G36C that I used, but there's a reason I didn't wind up owning it...

I'm not sure what that ... means ... though...
in this context, anyways.

I've even heard that the P90 supposedly outperforms many other AEGs in range in stock form.

eh...just incase you forgot dood...its an electric motor firing a 6mm plastic BB
""The G36C just feels more 'satisfying' to fire ""
maybe its the extreme kick back you get as the 9volt battery recoils the 6' spring ready to let rip another high caliber plastic BB.
Talk about desperate to start a chat thread?!!?
Airsoft guns are toys dude....i understand you like the feel of handling one over another, but they don't have characteristics to make them so definable... thats like saying you prefer the super soaker 2000 action beter than walmarts own brand!!!!!!

Having howned both, and I curently hown a P90tr, I would say that IMO, the P90 shoot better.

Both guns are the best on the market.

G36c on top because of the upgrades capabilitys.
I prefer the P90 because it's so compact and deadly quiet with a silencer. The gearbox is undestructible (well, reasonably understructible) and it's very easy to take the whole gun appart.

Just pick the one you like better.

The point was that I was trying to get an opinion about the differences in the hop adjustments. I have read other messages where g36c owners state that hop seem to make little to no difference on their guns. Mine seems that way too. However my P90 is a different story and the hop is very tight compared to my G36. When I look at the G36 bb chamber there is a little 'fin' where the bb sits to be fired. Perhaps that fin already puts some backspin on the bb which is why it seems to shoot the way it does.

Oh how could I forget, thank you for reminding me bud.

Your chat thread remark could not be further from the truth, but then again if you don't want to read or see new threads then why enter the forums?

I never specifically said I liked the handling of one over the other. Obviously you misinterperated what I wrote. Perhaps I should have chosen my words more carefully.

Later bud!

I own both, so it's a moot point Did you find the hop on the P90 really stiff compared to the G36?

You might have worded the ENTIRE FIRST THREAD differently, if you were asking that question. Here:

Example #1:

I own both a P90, and a G36C. I have noticed something:
- The hop-up on the G36C seems to be smoother to adjust, and the gun seems to shoot further without it.

It appears that the P90 is not as powerful, or the hop-up is/works differently.

Has anyone else noticed this?

^^^^^^
This example demonstrates what you say you were asking.
----------------------------------------------------------

Example #2

There's just something about the P90 compared to my TM G36C that I find difficult to pinpoint. The G36C just feels more 'satisfying' to fire for some reason. Both guns stock, the G36C hop is nice and smooth whereas the P90 hop is tight. The G36C seems far less affected by hop than the P90 as well. ^^^^^^^^^^^^
This example has lots of words, and was confusing to read. Hence asking "what's the point?"
---------------------------------------------------

And you gave the distinct impression that you prefer the G36C. In fact, it almost sounded like you wanted someone to tell you they agreed. (whether that's true or not...)

So... yes. Choose your words more carefully?

Also, techicalities aside, they're all upside-down RC cars that spit plastic.
