How to contact Maruzen for spare/replacement parts?

Since Maruzen doesn't have a website or email contact that I can find anywhere....

Has anyone dealt with them directly before to order replacement parts or know of a retailer than can deal directly (based on previous experience, not on speculation please...)

After browsing all the various shop sites, I noticed that no one seems to carry ANY spare or replacement parts for any Maruzen product. Weird.

Or as a last resort, anyone where that speaks fluent Japanese that can place a call to their office directly? heh

Thanks

(Actually all I need is the metal bracket that bolts to the bottom of the barrel. It has a TINY and incredibly thin piece of metal that is used as a cross brace for the release tab. It was either broken original from the factory or was weak in the casting).

I still have the metal cross piece that broke off but it is so thin I don't think anyone could weld it back in, though I could be wrong.

I've now received replies from almost all of the major Hong Kong shops and all of them state that it is "nearly impossible to get Maruzen parts from our suppliers".

That doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy....

Not to rain on your parade but good luck finding replacement parts from Maruzen. I tried hunting down a part for my M1100 shotgun for the longest time a few years ago and even though I found a person in Japan to go to Maruzen himself I was unable to obtain the part...
