KWA Magpul FPG Spew Gas
I have a KWA Magpul FPG that I've transplanted KSC JP G17 internals into. Right now, I have a problem where the gun will fire, but it'll keep spewing gas after the shot.
I think it has something to do with the possibility of the slide not going all the way back thus not resetting the hammer, but I honestly have no idea right now after tinkering with it for almost 3 hours. (I've tried racking the slide slightly back after the first shot and then when I release it, it pushes the valve to release more gas again) Any help would be appreciated. EDIT: It's apparently what's called short stroking, but it's not going back far enough to catch when it's empty and that half cocks the hammer, causing the problem. I haven't actaulyl short stroked it in any way intentionally. Last edited by Freeze; October 7th, 2017 at 13:39.. |

Make sure the floating valve inside the nozzle isn't broken, and the two nozzle return springs aren't damaged.
Also lube/grease it up wherever parts brush up against each other. |

Do you have FPG’s nozzle? Or you have used the original KSC Glock’s one?
