HPA tank output pressure question
Hey guys,
Aloha, new player here. I recently bought a HPA tank from a paintball player, and he didn't know the output pressure of it. I wonder if there's any way i can find out myself? Appreciate your help. |

99% of paintball tanks that you will find output around 800 psi. The only tanks that output different from that are tanks with SLP, SHP and ninja gold regulators. SLP regs output around 300 psi while SHP regs output between 900-1000 psi, and the ninja gold regs output at 3000 psi and are designed to be used with larger tanks as a fill station with 13 cubic inch tanks. The SLP and SHP regs are very clearly marked as such, while the ninja gold regulator is literally gold in colour.
If you tell me what model or brand of regulator is on your tank I can likely tell you what the output is. Alternatively you could make a pressure tester using a paintball UFA (universal fill adapter) and a 1000 psi gauge.
