Full teeth Vs Half teeth

Hey bro's. I bought a high torque motor, gears 100: 300 and spring 130. I do not know what type of piston is appropriate. Which might I use?

I use batteries 11.1v Lipo.

If you have regular gears, use a regular piston.

If you have half-tooth gears, use a half-tooth piston.

look at the sector gear, if the spur side half is as large as the piston side half, you need a half tooth width piston.
